【Notice: Company Name and Legal Form Change】

We wish to inform our valued partners and stakeholders that, effective from 1st April , 2025, Mitsubishi & Co. Europe Plc has converted its company form from a Public Limited Company (“PLC”) to a Private Limited Company (“LTD”). Accordingly, our company name has changed to Mitsubishi & Co. Europe Ltd (“MEU”). Please note that notwithstanding its re-registration as an LTD and name change, MEU remains the same legal entity. This change aims to enhance our group management efficiency from a mid- to long- term perspective and will not impact our business relationships with your organization.
